Email subscribers

We request your data (i.e. the name and email address that you supply) to be able to contact you by email about new content and other matters related to the publication (the sole use). The data is processed and stored on a secure file-sharing platform and is backed up on a single password-protected computer. It is also stored on the secure platform that we use for sending email. Our default procedure is to keep the data for as long as the Journal is in existence. The only people who have access to the data are the Journal's Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors. You have the right to withdraw your consent (you are given an email address to contact us about this on submitting your data; or you can contact the Journal via the contact form). No automated decisions will be made using your data.

Signatories to the Statement of Commitment to Ecocentrism

We request your data (i.e. your name, how you choose to be listed, your institution and your country) to be able to display these details on the list of signatories on the website. We also request your email address, but only for us to contact you specifically regarding the Statement (e.g. if clarification is needed for how you are listed). The data is processed and stored on a secure file-sharing platform and is backed up on a single password-protected computer. Our default procedure is to keep the data for as long as the Statement is in existence. The only people who have access to the data are the Journal's Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors. You have the right to request that your data be amended or deleted at any point (you can do this via the Journal's contact form). No automated decisions will be made using your data.
